Terms of Service

By accessing or using TradeLens ("the Service"), operated by Ultron Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, free trial users, and paying subscribers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

TradeLens is a data analytics platform that provides Indian equity market intelligence, including delivery volume analysis, institutional flow tracking (FII/DII), bulk and block deal monitoring, sector heatmaps, and AI-generated trading signals derived from publicly available NSE India data.

The Service is intended solely for educational and informational purposes. TradeLens is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor, broker, or portfolio manager. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using TradeLens, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

The Service is intended for users in India. We make no representation that the content is appropriate or available in other locations. Accessing the Service from jurisdictions where such services are prohibited is at your own risk.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

You may not share your account credentials with others. Each subscription is valid for one individual user only. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be sharing access.

TradeLens offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features — no credit card required. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.

Paid plans (Scout ₹299/month, Analyst ₹699/month) are billed monthly via Razorpay. Paid subscriptions include a 7-day Razorpay trial before the first charge. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends at no cost.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused days.

We offer a refund within 7 days of the first paid charge if you are not satisfied with the Service, provided you have not exceeded reasonable usage limits. To request a refund, email support@ultronlabs.com with your registered email address and order details.

Refunds are not available for: partial months, accounts that violated these Terms, or requests made after 7 days of the billing date. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

TradeLens is not SEBI-registered. All content, signals, scores, alerts, and analysis provided through the Service are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, recommendations to buy or sell securities, or solicitation of any kind.

Past performance of any signal, strategy, or data pattern does not guarantee future results. Stock market investments are subject to market risk. You may lose part or all of your invested capital.

Before making any investment or trading decision, you should conduct your own research and consult with a SEBI-registered investment advisor. TradeLens expressly disclaims any liability for financial losses arising from use of information provided through the Service.

All market data displayed on TradeLens is sourced from NSE India's publicly available bhavdata, bulk/block deal reports, and FII/DII disclosures. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that the data is complete, accurate, timely, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Data is typically updated daily after 6:00 PM IST on trading days. There may be delays or discrepancies due to NSE data availability, network issues, or processing time. We are not responsible for trading decisions made based on delayed or incorrect data.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Resell, redistribute, or republish any data or signals without written permission
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the platform beyond normal usage
• Share your account credentials or subscription access with others
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of SEBI regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy proprietary algorithms
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate account termination without refund and may expose you to legal liability.

The Service, including its design, algorithms, signal models, scoring methodology, codebase, and original content, is owned by Ultron Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Market data sourced from NSE India is publicly available. Our value-add — the processing, scoring, and presentation of that data — remains the property of Ultron Labs.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Ultron Labs and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through account settings or by emailing support@ultronlabs.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
